Viral Claim of PTI Leader Shoaib Shaheen’s Misconduct Debunked as Baseless Propaganda

A recent social media post by an X user named @MadihaShah_adv has gone viral, claiming that Shoaib Shaheen, the lawyer for Imran Khan, was slapped at a rally in Swabi. The post alleges that @advshoaib66 harassed a woman from Attock on stage, making inappropriate comments and gestures. It is claimed that the woman’s companions slapped Shaheen and removed him from the stage. However, these allegations have been strongly denied by Shaheen himself. Shaheen has filed a complaint with the DG FIA, stating that Madeeha Shah’s tweet was false, malicious, and intended to harm his reputation. He has demanded strict actions against Shah and those who retweeted or forwarded the post. In an interview with Fake News Watchdog, Shaheen strongly rejected the allegations, saying, “This is all propaganda based on lies. I have filed a request with the DG FIA, and if I don’t receive any relief there, I will file a petition in the Islamabad High Court, but I will give a strong response to the fake news being spread against me.” Fake News Watchdog team has spoken with several journalists covering that Jalsa and also with PTI leaders and workers present on the stage, we also tried to find this alleged woman but no such lady was present during rally and even this incident couldn’t be verified Such misinformation can lead to damaging consequences for individuals and their reputations. Therefore, it is essential for the public to verify information before sharing it on social media to prevent the spread of fake news. #fakenews #shoaibshaheen #Pakistan #PTI
